Court imposes lighter sentence than demanded for abuse of children being babysat

The Court of Appeal in Den Bosch has sentenced Peter S. and Nancy D. to prison terms of eight and fourteen years, respectively, for the sexual abuse of seven children they babysat in the Eindhoven area. Peter S. was also ordered to undergo mandatory psychiatric treatment (TBS), though the court imposed lower sentences than those originally sought by prosecutors.
