17-year-old arrested for kicking pedestrian into water on Oosterdokskade

A 17-year-old boy from Lelystad was arrested for assaulting a pedestrian and kicking them into the water at the Oosterdokskade in Amsterdam on March 2. The victim managed to climb out of the water safely after falling five meters, and police are still searching for two other suspects involved in the incident.
