Approximately 21,000 people attended the royal family's visit to Dokkum on Monday. Mayor Johannes Kramer of Noardeast-Fryslân expressed satisfaction with the event, noting it was busy but well-managed.

Participants at a Dutch King's Day flea market are using the event to raise money for various causes, including activities themed around political figures like Trump, Netanyahu, and Wilders. The tradition allows citizens to sell goods or offer entertainment, often serving as a platform for both charity and political expression.

The Havermarkt square in Breda has reached its capacity during King's Day celebrations, prompting the municipality to implement a one-in, one-out policy. Authorities suggest that visitors move to other locations like Kasteelplein and Kerkplein, where there is still space available.

The municipality of Utrecht has closed Stadhuisplein and Oudkerkhof to new visitors after the squares reached maximum capacity. Authorities also reported high levels of crowding at other city center locations, including the Neude and Janskerkhof.
