How the Ripperda barracks turned into a small Bosnian village in the 1990s: Ramina found safety there and gave birth to her daughter Emina

Over thirty years ago, the Ripperdakazerne in Haarlem served as a shelter for hundreds of Bosnian refugees, including the family of Emina Tuka who was born there. The article recounts how the barracks transformed into a small community for those fleeing conflict in the 1990s.
