Long-standing family feud escalates in Boerhaavewijk, but brothers avoid prison for attempted manslaughter
Two brothers, aged 25 and 33, were convicted of attempted manslaughter following a violent family conflict in Haarlem's Boerhaavewijk neighborhood. The court found that they drove a car into a nephew and struck him with a metal pipe, but determined they will not return to prison as their sentences were already completed during pre-trial detention.
