Coalition and Denk want measures against companies profiting from occupation of Palestinian territories

Coalition parties Pro and D66, along with Denk, have proposed thirteen measures for the City of Amsterdam to pressure companies profiting from the occupation of Palestinian territories. The plan prioritizes human rights in the city's ‑3.1 billion procurement policy and formally labels such business ties as unethical. Additionally, the proposal includes exploring how Amsterdam can support reconstruction efforts in Palestinian areas like Ramallah.
